Matt has been working with Ayahuasca since 2009 when he began going to the Amazon and working with multiple shamans. After several years of deep, intensive work and shamanic training with this medicine he began helping different shamans facilitate ceremonies in multiple locations around the world, which later led to leading his own circles which he continues to do to date at Centro Munay in the Peruvian Amazon.
Having the experience of several hundred ayahuasca journeys, as well as extensive work with other master plants, he has an intimate connection with this medicine and immense gratitude for its teachings. Learning from his primary teacher Don Jose Campos, who was trained from the Shipibo lineage, and his other teachers Stuart Wilde and Darpan, has given him the opportunity to experience and serve this medicine through multiple cultural lenses.
