Ian Cook is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Consultant, and Tobacco Treatment Specialist. He is the founder of Alva Dean Consulting (ADC) and the Lawrence Psychedelic Society, and has over 10 years of experience in mental health spaces.
Through ADC, Ian coaches with a unique blend of evidence-based practices, lived experience, and holistic methodologies to assist those seeking whole person care (mind/body/spirit). He supports transformative growth and change by co-creating individualized, self empowered practices that improve mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health and wellness.
Ian provides preparation and integration support for those engaging with psychedelic medicines, as well as sitting with individuals through experiences. He also partners with service providers/ketamine clinics to assist in improving client care outcomes, educates on safety and risk reduction, and advocates for mental health communities.
