Yes! Free parking is available at the both entrances of the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center.
Absolutely. We welcome anyone curious about psychedelics, healing, and personal growth — from students and therapists to spiritual seekers and community leaders.
Check-in is located just inside the main entrance. Look for the signage and registration tables.

Standard booth space is an 8′ foot table with 2 chairs included. Vendor Village will be set up in the hallway of the Oasis Convention Center. The depth of the booth space is roughly 6′.
We welcome wellness practitioners, artists, educators, nonprofits, product makers, authors, and organizations aligned with psychedelic education, healing, and consciousness.

Yes! Vendor registration includes access to the event. You’ll be able to attend talks as long as your booth is covered.
Electricity is available and Wi-Fi is provided by the venue at no cost.
There are speaker schedules available on easels outside both room doors and also in the conference program.
Yes. Except for lunch, Fiji will be available throughout the day for anyone needing rest or integration time. There is also an atrium inside the hotel with tropical plants you might find comfortable.

Yes! The dinner is open to anyone who wishes to support the mission of Psychedelic Missouri and Psychedelic Society of the Ozarks.
Yes there will be ATMs inside the hotel, near the front desk.
The vendor area is located in the main hall outside the doors to the speaker rooms. Look for signage or ask a volunteer to guide you.
Due to overwhelming response from speakers, although some of our earlier marketing materials may say 5:15PM, we extended the conference to 5:30PM.
Unfortunately there are no refunds.
