At our last board meeting, we spent time tightening up a few key areas around membership.
We reviewed documents in the Google Drive and added comments to the README to help clean things up and make everything easier to navigate moving forward.
We’re also working on building a simple system to track meeting attendance so we have a better sense of who’s engaged and staying connected.
On the onboarding side, we revisited the new member process and packets to make sure the experience feels clear, welcoming, and aligned with what we’re building as a community.
Lastly, we talked about tracking members who have stopped attending or stepped away, so we can be more intentional about outreach and keeping the community strong.
Good momentum all around—more structure, less confusion, and a stronger foundation going forward.

As Co-Chairs for the Membership Committee we have developed an email to send to past members who have maybe fallen out of touch. So we developed an email to reconnect and encourage them to join us for upcoming Member Meetings!
